We offer FREE ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $20! Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (please add an addition 1-2 days of processing during holiday sales!) and will be sent through USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order is sent.



Our goal is complete customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn/unwashed items can be exchanged for store credit/correct sizing within 14 days of package delivery (according to your tracking number). Sale, flash sale, clearance, and holiday promotional items are final sale and will not be eligible for return. No exceptions. 

>> Returns must meet the following requirements:

- Items must be free of marks, makeup (including makeup from trying on), perfumes, deodorant, and animal hair. 

- Original tags must be attached.

Shipping costs on exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 2 business days. Damaged items must be unworn and unwashed when claimed as damaged. Averdeen & Co. will cover the cost of return shipping in the event of a wrong item or damaged item being received. Averdeen & Co. will not be responsible for damaged items after 2 business days.

Averdeen & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including returns. Contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking. Also, keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us is highly encouraged.

Any items sent back after 14 days of delivery to the customer will not be accepted.

Please DO NOT return clothing if it does not meet the above criteria. It will be shipped back to you at your cost without notice.

Once your item(s) is/are received, your exchange/store credit will be processed in 3-4 business days.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: We are making your gift giving easy this holiday season! We know you may be shopping for someone else over the next little while and we want to help make it an enjoyable, stress-free experience for you, so you can enjoy your holidays and focus on what really matters. All purchases made starting December 1st, will fall under our holiday return policy. You will have until January 6th to return your items for store credit.
